We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

With busy special occasions including (but not limited to) Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, ETA might extend a few days longer.

Please note:

1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
2. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
3. Delivery to military regions are currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
4. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
6. Large orders (Canvas, Poster) can not be shipped to PO Box address and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
7. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
   

 

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Please be reminded that our policy lasts 30 days for replacement/refund requests only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

Also please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below: At this time we do not offer Returns in any case, we offer replacements. If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized, we do not exchange or issue full refunds unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

• Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you
• Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier
• Not what you ordered

INSURANCE: We will provide you with a full refund if you don’t receive your order after 30 days after the purchase.

NOTE:

We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:

• Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
• Incorrect address provided upon ordering.
• Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it's well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated exactly the same as the preview on our website) So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE CLAIMING?

To file a claim, please send us an email to support@heralus.com and include the following information (this is a must):

• Order number
• Video/ photo of the defective product
• If your claim is in regard to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
• If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
• If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label and the items you received so we can forward it to our production department to investigate the problem.
• Full delivery address

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

 

REPLACEMENT/ REFUND PROCESS

• As our products are customized, we don’t accept returned items, you can donate, keep or dispose of them at your convenience. Your replacement follows the same timeframe as the normal order.
• Regarding the refund, you will receive a refund confirmation when we finish the process. The process will take 1-2 business days. You will get your money back into your account  after some days (depending on various banks)
